RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We really want to prioritise customer satisfaction and appreciate your support. Return policy relies on our supplier, but do get in touch if you have any issues, we strive to ensure your full satisfaction.

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to misprinted/ damaged/ defective items, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please first contact us, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     No refunds will be provided for buyer’s remorse

     ●     Due to products being made to order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges. Please ensure you order the right size for you.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at support@creativeglow.co to arrange a refund or exchange.

Please Note

     ●     Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

     ●     If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to support@creativeglow.co

     ●     The return address is set by default and included in the parcel. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 30 days.

     ●     Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our provider's facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once a confirmed updated address is provided(if and as applicable).

     ●     Please do get in touch before proceeding to return an item and provide pictures and details of the issue
