Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer a single shipping option based on your location. A third-party supplier will be managing our inventory (Print-on-Demand Service) and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees varies depending on your country. We work with a manufacturer that aims to produce and ship as locally as possible.

Standard
7-10 business days

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Please bear in mind that all products (unless stated, are Print-on-Demand) so they need to be manufactured first (1-5 days) and then shipped.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and  deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

All orders are currently manufactured on demand and shipped by Printful which is regarded as a high-quality, reliable supplier (currently 4,7 stars on Trustpilot). At Creative Glow we will monitor and approve manually all orders to ensure we minimise any issues. We will inform you of any shipping issues as soon as possible.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer international shipping to most countries.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

As soon as an order is placed, and as soon as possible, we will inform you if there are any restriction on your order for any reason.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
